第一次的超馬
說實在,就只有爆的感覺。
怎麼今年每一場都在爆?
賽前與北軍聯誼,好幾杯58高粱下肚,回去匆匆就睡了,似乎也沒睡很好。
緩緩到會場也沒多少時間熱身就匆匆起跑,預定以全馬配速前3小時32-33K,後面6分速。
前面有穩住配速(中間還去上了大號),25K-35K因為補給站移進帳篷沒看到所以沒補到水。結果32K後開始身體不適,腳快抽筋,腹肌在痛一直噁心想吐(事後實驗證明跟超馬協會的補給飲料有關係),狀況簡直糟到不行。
結果就是後面一路步兵,還一度想棄賽,後來想想練一下恢復能力,所幸最後還有稍微跑了一下。
跑這麼久還真是煎熬,尤其是太陽高掛之後即使是宜蘭也一樣熱。
