第一次當全馬配速員,這一次擔任4小時配速員
人算不如天算,半路衝來一個要假裝跟配速員一起跑的人,可能是請他老婆幫忙拍照吧,來不及閃避左腳膝蓋撞擊到他的腳,當下有點痛感,想說應該沒關係忍痛一直往前跑,因為是配速員不能說停就停下來。
最後到38公里大腿內側大抽筋,還第一次大腿內側抽筋,一直覺得納悶想不通,現在想想可能是膝蓋痛跑姿跑掉造成影響吧!
這次4小時配速員任務失敗
還是不要找藉口好了
就是自已練不夠啦!
