充斥在我們的生活中
只要我們想~我們都可以跑起來
這是我第二次參加12小時賽
想當初~我剛開始跑馬拉松的第一年
正所謂初生犢而不畏虎
竟然在前十馬就挑戰12小時~
當初因為接觸跑步時間不長
毅力不佳~只跑了8個小時~拿下75K就草草結束
所以今年我想要給自己一個回想起來沒有遺憾的星期天
在比賽前我給自己立下了幾個目標
1.四小時內跑完全馬
2.六小時內跑完60K
3.八小時前完成75K(突破自己)
4.突破百K
5.達108K(均速9K/H)
6.突破110K
最後,我能完成前五項目標
110K就留給以後的自己突破了
