10/1 課題 " 動態熱身+16Km輕鬆慢跑+伸展放鬆 " 今天下午一樣來到北市大練習,與中長的同學一起河濱,並由「真男人-嘉哲」領軍,雖然速度上有一段差距,但還是依照教練給的課題進行為優先,另外,今天還收到「萌少女-雅芬」遠從德國帶回來的禮物,並恭喜她在柏林馬拉松創下個人的最佳成績,真的是太棒了,今天可說是收穫滿滿,感謝你(妳)們大家,謝謝!
