超慢速LSD 30公里,背2公升的補給水,加上跑劍南路的山路,在10K時,鞋早就濕透了,15km~22km足底泡爛,沒有肌肉可回彈,只能痛苦的跑跑走走,最後8km靠著pop music,再把節奏帶起!
目前遇到最大困難~如何讓鞋襪子不濕掉!(襪子濕的等級,就像擰毛巾一樣濕)
