想說今天天氣並沒有想像中的熱,抓個430左右完成這場夏季的星光馬應該OK。前21K大概跑6分速,想說後21K掉速連補及上廁所等,應該可以照原計畫430左右完賽。但突發的狀況令我措手不及,到現在跑完還摸不著頭緒。21K後我進補給站喝了杯舒跑,吃半根香蕉。不知是喝太大杯了,還是怎樣?一離開補給站,才剛跑起來,整個腹部的肌肉相當僵硬且疼痛,跑了一小段,只要腳掌一著地,腹肌就痛到要用手按著。本來想棄賽的,想想又不甘心。接下來就開始當步兵了,眼睜睜的看著全馬跑友陸續碾過我。其實我雙腳狀況還好,並不特別酸,也沒抽筋的感覺,呼吸也不喘,當下心裡真的很嘔。就這樣走了10K有吧,直到最後幾K,趁著腹肌沒那麼痛時,可以跑各7分速左右,看看GPS錶,完賽時間剛好保5還有機會。結果回到會場前,想說才37K,便繼續的往前跑,跑沒幾步就被工作人員叫回來等紅綠燈,並告訴我直接進會場,因為今天大會擺烏龍不知什麼原因,全馬組少了五K。就這樣陰錯陽差的結速了這場賽事。或許是上帝憐憫我,知道我腹肌抽筋吧。話說回來,我還真搞不懂為什麼怎個腹肌會僵硬疼痛,看來該該好做做功課,瞭解一下。最後這場賽事就不登入了,差5K真的太誇張了!
