初馬!!
之前練習,最多只跑過25k就小抽筋停止
這次要直上42,配速上刻意放慢許多
結果跑完半馬發現已花了2:35
真的是慢到被嚇到
原本想說就乾脆繼續這樣順順的5小內跑完
結果24k右腳小腿大抽筋 拉筋後 換大腿抽
倒地休息幾分鐘
之後陸陸續續一直小抽筋
無法一口氣跑超過1k
40k時再度大抽筋倒地
差點以為要用爬的進終點
最後留下了這難堪的成績
