#三國誌第二回合之庒繞圈賽
#不斷電6小時60K
上週環湖50K後,今天安排的是60K不斷電的課表,空曠的賽道已經準備好曬太陽的心!還好今天補給非常非常的夠力,完全無後顧之憂,只擔心吃太飽跑不動而已!

一開始就是跟老屁股們一起跑,速度控制在5:30/K,一邊LDS的一圈一圈跑,21K後再換方向跑,這邊逆風夠大,兩圈後就投降了,又回到原方向繼續凸,還好全馬還在4小時內跑完。氣溫逐漸升高,全馬後,三國誌就各自努力,先跑完50K,再決定原訂的66.66K要不要下修….繼續吞一下大圈的,跑著跑著右腳尾指感覺刺痛,似乎穿錯襪子,果然50K停下來檢查腳指,一顆水泡!這是跑步這麼多年來第一次生水泡,只好把目標設定為60K就好,免得有狀況!
#最後10K
時值正午,只能慢慢凸,感受一下50K的感覺,畢竟馬祖的50K,就如同平路的60K,這時肌力已經退化的很快,小腿開始有抽筋的感覺,但、不能放棄目標,還好還好60K不斷電6小時有完成✅!下車了,老屁股繼續加油!
