基本訓練
今天終於完成半馬,這種熱又濕的天氣跑步真的辛苦,前10K呼吸時可以聞到地面散熱的味道,好像氧氣不足似的,好喘!後面11K空氣好多了,但也差不多沒力了!下星期推進到30K,希望7月4日不要太熱,能順利完賽!
