第一場夜跑..下午還蠻涼爽的..不過是個錯覺@_@..前21還覺得狀況不錯..看到5:30的配速員(月老..) 還跟他說怎超過500的...回答是上半場快些下半場再玩(上半<215..下半??)..心想也太衝吧...結果一路跟到右腳抗議..想說慢下來..結果是..停下來..就一路當步兵了...進入9點後..精神開始昏昏沉沉..生理時鐘在說現在是休息時間!!...撐到最後就用算步的啦...還好主辦單位又延賽了...多了10分..跟明德的Fu 一樣...1圈good..2圈 Bad..3圈 Sad !!
