果然追加了登硬漢嶺這段蠻操的...
跑了50幾格階梯後還是乖乖的一路快走一次1~2格上去...
下硬漢嶺往楓櫃斗湖步道就跑下去
回程經過渡船頭沒多久後到龍米哨時
膝蓋上方雙大腿又是那種瀕臨抽筋的緊痛
看來肌力很有得練,這路線是不是該多跑幾次(?)
總之降點速因應大概2.3公里後就解除了~
