前天跑完10km,因為有加速,所以左膝不舒服,但今天還是早起跑步,5點起床,5:30跑步時太陽已經出來了,所以只好跑老路線到大直橋,至少有大部分堤防遮陽,但膝蓋不舒服不敢跑快,只求順利跑完半馬就好
