跑三校半馬表現不好
起跑後到17k後 明顯撞牆且體力流失超快
遇到上坡只能快走取代
雖然都有進站喝水 但感覺體溫依舊很高
身體都有種熱到虛脫感(感覺很像之前田中全馬)
只能說練得不夠 尤其耐熱還待加強
