中午吃完喜酒,回辦公室睡一下,再懶洋洋的出來跑。五點在這裡有約,那就跑操場吧。剛起跑還有點飽,跑不動。反正一姐琳跟郭會長陪著年輕人慢跑10K,跟著他們的步調就一點都沒壓力。
前段一直想結束,後來習慣了才開始舒服。今天有個同事說不喜歡跑步因為跑一下就覺得很無聊。我一時不知怎麼回答,後來想想,應該是因為他跑太快心肺負荷不了,才無法持續長久吧。有時候我也會有這種問題~
