南橫百 K 終於順利圓夢
過程中完全按照自己賽前的規劃,7 小時要到達 50k 折返點,後半程 50k 花 6 小時回終點,上坡一直注意身體不要超速,下坡不能超過 6 分速,感覺身體的狀況以 LSD 不堆乳酸為原則。
全程身體的狀況控制的滿好的,完全沒有抽筋的感覺,到達 61k 摩天轉換站大約剩 1 個標馬的距離,在轉換站換了準備好的另一雙鞋及準備好 MP3 拿出來,吃了幾碗熱粥休息過後繼續趕路。70k , 80k 一直到了 90k,剩餘時間約剩 2 個多小時,這時我才真正確定一定可以完賽了,用走的都可以到終點,這時剛好聽著 MP3 播放的 Gnarls Barkley - Crazy,心情是愉悅的
