今天空氣品質不好,與隊友約在斗南田徑場跑半馬,屁屁還是痛痛的,8公里時一度想放棄,後來10公里補給一下,調整好後不痛了,就火力全開,跑沒幾圈又開始痛了,只能慢慢跑,還好有撐完,接下來的訓練方式要調整一下,ITBS找上我,也只能休息與多做核心來強化肌力不足的地方,努力!!!加油!
