河濱公園
輕鬆跑+草地跑
原本計畫今天跑點強度,但昨晚喝了點酒似乎影響到今天的狀況,感覺不是很好,今天就不勉強自己,隨意跑跑。
去程逆風,在新北橋上跑都倒不穩,差點被風吹走。這風真是有夠大。中途在大稻埕休息。
後面5K刻意跑去光復橋附近的足球場跑跑草地,藉機練一下平常練不到的肌群。回程里程湊滿半馬後收工。
