今天請假去萬華辦事,當然還是跑過去,8:40才出門,但因有堤防,所以去程不曬,跑起來感覺不錯,還在中途遇到昨天台新女子半馬得名的小朱在練跑。
辦完事回程已無遮蔽,所以曬死了,跑感很差,好不容易跑完26KM。
