蘆慢會內賽後右腳踝內側略感不適, 乾脆就休了3天, 今天來個恢復跑. 一開始腳踝還是怪怪的, 還好越跑越順, 跑完也沒有痛. 希望星期天的冬山河代打能順利上壘啊 ^^
