山不在高,有跑則爆,一開始5-10K就先來個大爬坡,20K再來個小坡,左右小腿就輪番抽筋筋,馬上舉白旗投降,可是還有一半多沒跑,打定主意反正上坡就走,下坡有陰涼再跑跑,就這樣不求上進鬼混完全程,終於跑出一隻時間破PB的過5馬,不過跑完體重剩不到71,也算有收獲,呵呵。全馬就是這樣讓人又恨又愛,下一馬兩週後的旗美馬,再加油。 賽前宣言: 加油,能跑完就是幸福的 賽後評分: 一出發過台18後,路線太窄了,跑友們都撞一起了,下屆請改善。 給 3 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 120~146 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 146~164 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 164~170 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 170~180 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 180~185 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為185 點此去設定最大心率 |
