雖然昨日全休,不過有出去踏青 XD 所以累加的疲勞感可能還未復元。今晨起跑直到5K後才感覺好點,不過也沒有順暢感,身體反而有種黏著感,配速上以455-500間來跑,心率偏高。最後4K有人加入跟跑,速度來到445上下,順暢感才出現。
