全馬後想說休到身體自己想跑,一開始跑,前6k身體好像忘記怎麼跑了,很卡,後來才順暢,最後一k進到跑道赤腳跑一下,真是舒暢,鞋子真的像是多餘的,跑完後穿上鞋子,好像踩在厚厚的地毯上,非常柔軟,反差很大
