今天狀況還好,不過還是跑不快。其實大部分的時候應該有低於六分速,只是12k上廁所休息太久耽誤到了。距離拉長造成乳酸來不及排除,難免影響速度,我也知道不該只累積里程,訓練品質也很重要。只是至少到本週以前,先累積足夠的量再來求突破吧。
今天聽到好友不幸的消息,心情很悶。人生真是太多無法掌握的事,真要好好珍惜有限的時間,多做些有意義的事,不要之後留下遺憾啊。
