前天也算是跑了一場無名馬,今天要來恢復跑。前面還會酸痛無力,還好回到涼爽的夜晚,跑起來舒服多了。折返時靈機一動,想說最後要繞到新園過馬路危險,不如先在校園裡繞一下,明亮又有補給。果然操場的燈大放光明,空曠平坦跑起來真過癮。看球場上很熱鬧,操場就冷冷清清,少數想跑步的大概也都去旁邊嶄新的健身房跑步機了吧。
操場太舒服忍不住多繞了幾圈,最後一段河堤卻沒有跑完,估算到有半馬距離就回頭了。不必星期一就搞到太累吧。
