因為腳的狀況 這場很沒信心跑完 所以預設是跑到60K看狀況不對就退賽 有拿到成績就好 前一睌貼了肌內效 希望能死馬當活馬醫 就算能多撐一下也好
終於到了開跑前 帶著忐忑不安的心情起跑 一開始就用很慢的速度前進 看大家都跑的好快 跑完平路10K之後 腳沒什麼異狀 然後就是開始上坡了 此時太陽也出來了 這時候是我的好時機 所以我能衝就盡量衝 終於跑到55K折返點 花了7個多小時 然後就是我開始擔心的下坡了
一開始下坡也沒什麼感覺 跑到天龍飯店就開始有感覺了 但是看了一下時間 覺得能完成 就賭一賭了 不痛的跑 痛就走 到了最後10K又有上坡 但是也沒力氣跑了 只能用走的 跟時間賽跑還真是刺激啊
終於到了最後4K 再來都是平路了 時間也快到了 所以這時候就不管了 忍痛硬跑 終於在最後剩10幾分鐘的時候進終點 好險完成了~
