因為前兩天都有事,原訂星期五要作的LSD26KM@5:30沒有跑,想說今天天氣很好,就把沒跑的LSD移到今天補跑~~跑了28.5KM@5:20~~腿的狀況比想像中的好~~看來週末可以試試32KM@5:30~~作為北港馬之前最後一次的LSD^____^~~加油!!!
