今天是精實又歡樂的11月份大團練~~~
按照原訂計畫前15K先搭上 6:00/K 的配速列車,接著轉乘5:30/K 的配速班車,去程結束後在便利商店稍作補給後選擇不上芝山岩,開始往回程跑,今天天氣陰涼下著毛毛雨非常舒服,雖然回程掉了速度,幸好搭上傑克列車直衝關渡宮附近OK便利商店補給,下關渡橋後遇到雅芬姐,立馬手刀搭上女王列車直奔成蘆橋終點。橋下有著豐盛的早餐補給,並充滿著吃喝玩笑聲~蘆慢這溫馨的大家庭就是如此可愛。
仲達今天突破極限,最遠距離18K多挺進到今日的30多K啦
雖然27K後只能小碎步慢速回來,但是相當厲害唷 (鼓掌)
