剛開始覺得腳步蠻穩的,到了12.5公里後...看到上坡就慢慢走了...跑山路就是很想看到上坡...因為可以用走的...不過有目標...就會比較容易達成...在最後9公里..以為全下坡...看看還有1小時左右...想該5小時應該有希望...後來又有一些上坡,不過最後5公里還有30公鐘,所以想說只要維持每公里6公鐘的速度應該可以達陣...沒想到最後快2公里是上坡...不過還是很有希望可以達成,於是最後上坡全用跑的,反正已經最後了,所以用盡全力,應該ok的...但沒想到最後還是差幾秒....還要多練習吧...期待每次都能進步...
