帶了400c.c 左右 套一點點運動飲料的水來LSD.
前面跑3~4k 就喝了一兩次水,有種無聊不太想跑的感覺.
後來過4k..開始把步頻加快後,慢慢有些感覺越跑越順.
這次我是定6k~10k 拉到6分半跑..其他是7分速跑.
最後14~16k 又再拉高速度一下....拉到6分速..
結果最後1k 恢復跑右腳就已經痠了...
這次想喝就用走的喝水一下...速度拉慢不少
最後是14k時喝完了.
