悶很久今天終於可以出來運動,雖然下小雨天氣很冷但是還是要堅持下去。今天帶了鹽錠在15k時使用,好像有哪麼點效果(心理作用吧)
一直繞圈的關係內側腳膝關節外側開始有不適的情形。
