假日山訓,跑上去雲梯一如往常標準內達標,結果回程卻跑到爆掉,腳抽筋,下次跑36灣不穿虎走鞋子了,回程下坡避震太差,雙腿根本受不了,最後只能用走的回終點,雖然一樣3小時內完成,不過自己不太滿意,跑這麼多次從沒碰過這個情況。
