9/10 課題 " 動態熱身+90分鐘輕鬆跑+8趟120m衝刺跑(八成力)+1圈緩和+伸展放鬆 " 今天台北下午依舊下了一場雨場地有點濕,但不至於影響練習的課程,先跟大家說聲抱歉,不是我不願意帶大家跑快的,因為目前安排的練習課程就以量為主,而且之前的腳傷雖然已恢復九成,但也還在測試是否完全恢復,畢竟每種項目的練習模式本來就有所不同,希望大家能諒解,也很感謝每天陪我一起練習的好朋友們,雖然我的練習方式不知道能不能幫到大家,但還是非常謝謝你(妳)們願意陪我一起練習,大家一起努力朝目標前進,加油!
