到會場跑鞋已濕透,臨時決定換下跑鞋穿上新買的Y拖上場。
2019最後一場全馬既然破四了🤓
這Y拖是破PB神器啊🤔,
今天雨下不停,全程都穿著馬拉松世界的半截式雨衣,手機也一直待在防水袋裡,第一次在馬場遇到下雨,還破了PB,特別的經驗。
賽前宣言: 全雞+1 賽後評分: 市區馬也能規劃出風景不錯和有特色地標的路線,補給也不錯 ! 今天交管志工辛苦了,在雨中執勤,還是非常親切有活力為跑者加油打氣,真感謝。
