剛起跑人太多,排了蠻長一段才出起跑點線,一出起跑線人也擠成一堆,感覺超不好,在河濱的時候大概快30K吧!右腳掌背開始疼痛,不得不把速度放慢,之後噴了三次運動噴劑,疼痛感緩和一點,再回加一些速度,還好成績有達自己的低標330內跑完。
賽後評分: 前一天報到領物資排隊等了快2小時,比賽當天出發人也擠成一堆,價格也不親民,成績要自己上網下載列印,
