本週因感冒加上天氣,幾乎休息了一週,早上起床已經九點多了,吃完早餐,還是覺得天氣很冷,但已經放晴沒下雨了,十點不到老爺參加雲林路跑開幕結束回到家了,心想還是出去動一下,浪費了一個早上了,女兒中午就會放學回來了。
本想到吳鳳科大操場個10K就好,但操場、跑道上有足球比賽,只好跑出去,繞了太大一圈了,回來已經20K了
