台南籃振平 全程距離經實測為42.3km…
由於近2個月因左腳踝傷(應該是休息不足,衍生發炎)…所以跑量少,但已吃了很多消炎止痛(含肌肉 鬆弛劑)…還每天去復健科電療及超音波…卻也不見好轉…
另外,研判今天熱,且不強求成績(能保4或完賽即可…)所以跑得算保守了,最後很慶幸完賽了…傷勢好像也沒明顯惡化(有稍痛而已!)
再觀察吧! 雖然後面還有好幾場…但還有1個多月的調養…
