昨天跑完5K計時賽,結果今天接著半馬,果然有點無力感,只能慢慢跑了。結果最後有點快來不及回家,剩下3K加速到5分速,感覺似乎比較輕鬆,不知道是暖身充足,還是練完5K計算賽有進步,或是心裡作用呢?
