今天小孩家長日,必須提早收操,利用學校司令台當補水站,日新國小外圍一圈約600m,每跑10圈=6km, 補水一次,太方便了,今天順順跑能有這樣的均速,算是滿意了,很慶幸暑假兩個月熱到爆,沒有白跑。
