本月最後一跑,決定到中都濕地繞一圈,晚上看不到甚麼風景,今天約跑了5K後才把晚餐消化完畢,身體逐漸熱起來,但因速度有放慢,所以算是輕鬆跑,這一趟剛好湊足本月的目標150K,兼顧工作家庭慢跑,這算是目前的月跑量極限了。
