這是為了星期日的虎頭埤練習的長距離,真的是硬著頭皮壓著自己跑,慵懶到一整個不行,還有就是天氣都不穩定,地板溼溼的我就不喜歡。
還記得去年參加台北圓山花博公園辦的半馬路跑,根本就是在颱風天跑完,一路上都在下雨,下雨也就算了,跑起來應該是蠻舒適的,可是腳....真的很重,因為整個鞋子都是濕的...
