今天是我目前跑過萬金石國際馬拉松天氣狀況最好的,可是偏偏剛好遇到我感冒快一個月都沒好,也沒什麼在練,所以理所當然爆掉了。
謝謝小魚跟安琪賽前多塞了好幾包能量包跟鹽糖,否則可能一開跑應該就直接爆了吧。
