| 本來10、11月練習感覺滿不錯的,沒想到12月整個喇低賽...渣打本來已經打算要棄賽惹,但是...由於團報的關係,文彬的晶片在我這,加上太久沒跑全馬,竟然有點懷念?!今天就是隨性跑跑,一開始跑出去就看著心率以體感舒適的配素前進,沒想到撐的比預期還要多的里程數,本來後段感覺還能撐的,但37K的那段上橋,跑上橋後雙腳整個硬掉,速度大崩盤,破三無望的情況下,最後一個休息站索性停下來喝水,本來想慢慢走回去...但覺得這樣要走很久,也太沒羞恥心了,就慢慢跑回去惹~
