晨跑,公里數訓練,預計30公里,昨天晚上下雨早上起床還是也一點,等了一下看沒下了,結果要出門發現平時在練跑的鞋子,怎麼都找不到,想一想發現昨天老媽在整理的時候,有問我有什麼要丟的,該不會被她順便丟了吧!它只是比較舊又破一點加磨損嚴重,已經穿它跑了快5千公里了,原本想穿到5千在丟,只好找時間在去買雙新的了。今天就穿很久沒穿的鞋子,是剛開始練跑時買的,剛好穿它來跑個LSD 30K,一開跑就遇到認識雄獅慢跑的大哥,就一起跑了,友緣的大哥大姐們也都有看到,和大哥一起跑到22K多他就先離開了,又和一位在這裡也常遇到的大哥跑了一段到27K多,最後自己在跑個2K多,今天穿舊跑鞋跑30K覺得其實也沒差多少,訓練完成收工回家幫忙大掃除。
