5點起床,還很黑,5點半起床..拖阿拖的
結果跟預定開跑的時間,還是差了一個小時 Orz
這次有了一半的毅力,不過預定的30k...就不解釋了
大林運動綠廊還不賴耶,
不過繞著圈圈跑,景色就沒那麼好了(20多圈耶
少了操場的人來人往,至少還可以分散注意力
最近很不想曬太陽,索性太陽一出來,收工啦~
