昨天夜市美食誘惑,今天趕緊無補給超半馬消耗掉。
看著大家賽後早就恢復,只有我連走路都還一跛一跛的,實在悲慘。今天一大早就醒來,好不容易大拇指不痛了,趕快穿鞋去跑。但是第3k左大腿後側昨天有點拉傷開始疼痛,趕快降速。邊跑邊擔心週六和週日的比賽,要停,還是要繼續跑,心裡拉鋸著。
還好,降速後緩解了,就順順跑完,很開心體力和心率都恢復了!不過跑完水泡的地方又痛了,走路又變一跛一跛的,差一點痛到走不回家。囧~~
真是奇怪,跑不會痛,走路寸步難行。哈哈~
