自從上週日跑完45.64公里後、今天早上恢復戶外陽光烈日十公里路跑、真的是夏季即將到了、早晨七點多太陽就已經高掛天空、真是熱暑了!積極準備下週日貢寮馬拉松42.195公里自我挑戰賽、平時每日都會實施肌耐力訓練、好讓身體就備戰狀態、加油囉!
