這禮拜二操完速度間歇後,右臀大肌到膝蓋就不舒服,週三以後的課表沒一個完成,連看了兩個醫生推拿按摩兩次,今天起跑前還沒把握完成今天的課表。
起跑時跟在一哥二哥後面,大約四分速,順順的推進,過程有幾次想推出去但又怕右腳外側筋膜緊繃,就跟著推完30公里,最後一趟皓哥下令目標提速,後6K手麻腳麻,分別在35,36,跟最後的37公里發生三次橫隔膜抽痛,ㄧ度想放棄,這時現世報來了:「撐下去喔!你現在放棄的話前面就白跑了。」聽到時笑了一下,然後牙根繼續咬到終點⋯
