真的不能被身體的感覺給騙了.因為不覺得口渴.所以水補充的很少.前20K大概只喝200CC的水.忽略汗水流失的水分.
22K同事他大概跑不動了叫我先跑.因為我還要上夜班.
23K上廁所時 竟然出現可樂般的顏色.身邊只有200CC的水.這時趕緊找水喝~~~
