下午值班,下班後就直接去繞操場,以免又要拖到半夜才跑。最近比較少踏上柔軟的PU跑道了,起跑後覺得觸感真是不錯,我也不想太刺激膝蓋,想說保持穩穩的步調就好。誰知今天狀況好像不錯,每圈幾乎都低於2'30",會不會是剛才有熱身有幫助啊?
操場另一個好處是跑友多,有時互相刺激也可以提高速度,當然相對也會遇到並排散步的要一直繞道閃避。反正比起寂寞的西康路,在這裡繞圈反而更不無聊。
最後二圈遇到阿謐,本來因為我帶耳機沒注意到他,結果他突然靠過來對我揮手,我驚叫一聲跳開,真是有點丟臉。後來跑完他也正要離開,還跟我道歉說嚇到我。其實不怪他,我可能剛才是陷入超凡忘我的境界了吧~
