今天多了中華醫大的田徑隊來這練習,變的很熱鬧,他們還有好幾次的鳴槍練起跑,沒有預期的槍聲,每次都讓我嚇了一跳....
跑後遇到鄰居的蔡先生-他是長青田徑隊的110M高欄的國手,又和他們夫妻聊還一會才回家。
